Jeravi Beach Hotel - Sunny Beach

Breakfast is flavoursome and varied, offering both hot and cold options that are sure to satisfy. the pool and adjacent bar are fantastic amenities, where you can take pleasure in a tranquil atmosphere and affordable beverages.

The hotel could benefit from having more facilities for younger children.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, being right near the beach and in the center of the resort. The staff from management down to the cleaners were friendly and helpful, making our experience even better. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. We especially enjoyed the terrace and sitting area, where we could unwind and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The hotel also had a lovely outdoor swimming pool and garden area, which added to the luxurious atmosphere. we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.

We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Close to the beach and near to the town, friendly and helpfull stff, nice and clean suite.

The room was big clean. To the beach and the club LAZUR it's just 1 minute by walk. The stuff was really friendly and helpful in every one situation.

The hotel is definately not wheelchair or mobility limited friendly. The elevators were small and there are no handrails especially on exterior stairs anywhere (although this is a general comment regarding Bulgaria as a whole). The staff was nice and very understanding but the infrastructure was not in place to address these special needs.

The location of the hotel is perfect. 3 minutes walk from the seaside, not so near to the town pedestrian area but the walk is good in the summer days. Food was good and staff was helpful and kind. Enjoyed the swimming pool as well. The rooms are clean and tidy.

The laundry took more than 24 hours. More than 36 in fact...

The hotel offered a nice view of the sea from the balcony. the staff was friendly and helpful. It was also conveniently located near several restaurants and shops.

The room was very small and cramped, making it difficult to move around. the breakfast was not very appetizing, with limited options and lackluster taste.

Polite and helpful staff, large room (good value for the money), free pool and bar with recreation games. Proximity to the beach. They also have a room with computers connected to the net free for use to the hotel guests which, in our case (broken laptop), was very helpful.

The breakfast, except the fruits asortments, was very dull and stayed almost the same for the duration of our hollyday.

For a four star hotel this place is pretty basic. Low lighting and not much atmosphere.

Great location, helpful staff and clean rooms. The hotel is conveniently located close to the beach and within walking distance to key amenities such as shops and restaurants. The staff were always willing to assist and made our stay comfortable. Rooms were kept well cleaned and in good condition throughout our stay.

Limited breakfast options and noise from nearby nightlife. The breakfast selection could have been better and more varied.

It is in Sunny Beach, which is a bazaar resort...very noisy and very, very expensive (compared with other similar resorts from Bulgaria, and from Greece, Turkey, Egipt).

It is close to see, rooms are big, staff are friendly, they speak English. They checked us in earlier, around eleven o'clock.

They preauthorized my card when I did my reservation and when I arrived to the hotel, they charged it without asking me first (I would rather pay with cash), the card were just for guarantee. The location is close to the see, but between see and hotel it's an ugly big mound of dirt.
